hello my fellow sling shooters i have recently made a catch box out of wood and i use paintballs as ammo. i have put 3 shirts hanging from about the middle and put soft mat in the back against the back of the catch box and well whenever i shoot, my shots would bounce back. if anyone could my some possible problems i would be grateful and if anyone wants to see a vid of it happening or some pics of the box just let me know thanks

Make shure the tshirts are hanging freely, also try spacing them apart so there is room between t shirts. if that doesn't work put a piece of cardboard on the front of the catchbox that will stop ammo from bouncing back. Light ammo like paintballs will always jump out of the catchbox. So try getting some steel balls or even marbles, you can get a decent size bag of marbles for like a buck or two.

I use cardboard across the front of my catch box, that eliminates the balls bouncing out. I use 9mm steel, 10mm steel and marbles for ammo. The cardboard also makes a great place to tape targets.

Even a dollar store should have bags of them for cheap.
