    its hard to work with carbon fiber and it can cause cancer if you breath in the dust.

    yep, it´s one of the strongest materials for a reason.<br><br>i would have never carved it...you maybe should have tried to laminate a slingshot body on your own and just sand the result down instead of starting with a flat piece.<br><br>not that easy to get all the air out, plus you had to make a form first of course.

    Where can you buy this stuff? I'm guessing it's not the most affordable.

    I posted a similar comment in another video, but I wonder how thick the carbon fiber is? 3/16" perhaps?
