I am a little busy but the last weeks i was planing a new shooter. <br>Something with a ammo magazin and a hammer grip of course . <br>I had some ideas and looked around for inspiration and then ... <i>why invent the wheel new ?!</i> <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_wink.gif" alt="Wink" longdesc="15"><br><br>May i show you my interpretation of William Hays Camo Hammer :<br><br><img src="http://i72.servimg.com/u/f72/17/83/67/79/dsc01810.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i72.servimg.com/u/f72/17/83/67/79/dsc01911.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i72.servimg.com/u/f72/17/83/67/79/dsc01912.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i72.servimg.com/u/f72/17/83/67/79/dsc01913.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://i72.servimg.com/u/f72/17/83/67/79/dsc01914.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><br><img src="http://i72.servimg.com/u/f72/17/83/67/79/dsc01915.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br>During the project a bandsaw and a lathe find me, so i had a lot of fun and the right task. <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_smile.gif" alt="Smile" longdesc="2"> And some new experience ... (glueing with epoxi is not easy, a magazin shooter make noise and more). I have a few test shoots today (in the spring!) and i am happy, except of the sound, so i have to glue thin leather in the magazin, i hope it will help. The spender works with 8 /9 and 10 mm steel balls but it is possible to upgrade a bigger one. <br><strong>My big thanks to Sir Hays!!!</strong>

Very nice work! I love the handle, and the form of the fork. The front view is awesome. Especially<br>the excellent work in detail is amazing.<br><br><br>I am thinking about a (silent) magazine shooter for weeks, but even if you eliminate<br>the noise from the metal plates, still left the clicking of the steal balls, which<br>cannot be eliminated. Does not matter&hellip;<br><br><br>Once again great work <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_cheers.png" alt="cheers" longdesc="28">

Thank a lot guys for your kind words !<br>While the progress i am not sure if all the work is worth it but in the end it exceed my expectation. I forgot to mention, the fork is made from 3 mm stainless steel. So, one thing to do, the silencer insets:<br><br><br><img src="http://i72.servimg.com/u/f72/17/83/67/79/dsc01916.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br>It works quite well, of course still left is the clicking of the steal balls and the two unprotected bolts but its not that high tone noise ... its sounds more like ... well prepared <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_wink.gif" alt="Wink" longdesc="15">.

May i ask how the system works for taking ammo from it? Is it secured somehow, magnet,spring,...? How do you load it?<br>I just love that baby. <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/herz.png" alt="I love you" longdesc="22">

Yes, thats a easy system, the gravity helps! Hold it normal (fork on top) and turning the wheel will spend one ball. Hold it up side down, fill in one by one ball and turning the wheel will load it. I am thinking about a system with a magnet but i want to test this first and it works frightening well. The (wood) wheel rubs a bit and dont turn independently.
