this builds upon joerg's repeater designs, as well as compounds that run the rubber over pulleys for compactness.
if you imagine these two ideas combined, the result would have the following disadvantages that this design is meant to improve upon:
1) bungy wear through pulleys
2) extra dead length due to the tip barrel
3) presumably shoots only one size ball accurately
4) projectile speed of lightweight balls are presumed limited by the bungy material's speed of contraction
