    Hi shooters!!

I have worked on this one for about 5 FULL days in a row!!! (10:00 - 20:00) :D
I have the tendency to not be able to take my mind of a slingshot once I've started to work on one.. :roll eyes:

So as i said in the other post, its Alu core, Osage orange, jarrah and spalted beech (i think its beech)

And as many have said, osage is a magical wood!!! I find it hard to believe that it came out of a tree rather than a machine! I've never seen that changing color/3d effect in any other wood!!!

    Anyway:
Yes, full complements and credit to Nathan of simpleshot for creating this amazing frame shape! Its definitely my favorite For finger thumb support and
I think this frame really is one of the defining frames of modern sling shooting!!
    ;)

This was also my first try at the superglue finish and its quite tricky!! i got some cloudy bits underneath, but tooth past does a good job of polishing it to a glassy look!!!!!

    hope you enjoy!!:D

This has become a true beauty. The choice of wood is very nice, also the art of lamination.
I do not like thousand small and different pieces glued together. You've found the right mixture!

This slingshot is worth 50 hours of work.

I'm sure you're very proud of your baby, and rightly you can be proud!

I don't normally comment on hand mades as I have never made one myself but my jaw dropped when I saw this. It looks as though it would be beautiful to use too.

+1 on all the positive comments, though Tilia's scares me just a bit

It's a beautiful piece of work. Fine choice of complimentary materials and a great shape choice. The Scout is a really nice design, but really comes to life in a hand-made like this. Really nice job, it's beautiful.

    Club of true beauties...

As said before, this is a beauty!

I had no doubt you would turn that wood, metal an the salmon
into an awesome slingshot!- But supposing it´s frozen, what
will happen if it melts?- OMG!- now I got it!:

This slingshot obviously is so COOL, it will never melt anyway!?

    LOTS of respect :) ;)

    You are an artist!

    Greetings,

    Be

Now that is an awesome slingshot! Nathan's Axiom design is great and you found exactly the right material mix to give it a perfect optical balance. Very cool! Thanks for sharing!
