Night shift is really killing me Finally got it today, went and picked it up , thankfully the post office is open til 10 pm here cause it's in a pharmacy thats open late! Luck or I would be waiting till tomorow

This thing is a beauty, got it banded with a single gold... Fired 1 shot, but I have to wait till after work and some daylight to really test it out. Cool! Also, the version in wood I made turns out to be a bit smaller in the forks, and wider in the handle... an entirely different slingshot I realize now! NEAT!

Thanks Joerg and Milbro!

Got a double set of tb gold on... Feels right now

A heavy duty dedicated carry shooter. I recommend the Maxpedition Fatboy manbag with adjustable velcro holster for carrying that monster @620 grams-like 1.38 pounds + ammo. Use the large zipperred pocket and holster like I say, plus there are divided pockets in the main one for water, an extra slingshot, etc. I use the phone pouch in the strap to hold the ball bag. there is also an exterior mag pouch on the side where I actually put my Nokia ghetto phone.

Although I very much like the feel and weight of the bronze, I went for the aluminum as I will carry it a lot as well as other items. Nothing wrong with the bronze, in fact I'd prefer it, but it's just like like carrying a small pistol. I go for some rather long walks sometimes and the weight is hard to justify. It's a compromise between form and function I guess. The bronze will age well with a nice patina surely.
I have one on order, from your pictures it looks like you went with Thera band gold, I would be interested to know what type of ammo and bands sizes work best.

heavy bands and appropriate sized steel, or lead if you have it, balls. This thing shines up so nicely may I add, grab some chrome or metal polish and it will literally blind you at the right angle lol!

great slingshot but sadly I love my homemade version much more! This thing is a beast ... I like wood more, if I could I would chop this thing into slivers and use them as insides to board cuts>> or outsides too
