I wish i had ways to cut metals. Great work man. That brass back is soo sick

if it's thin I use a coping saw and go slow. I've use my drill press to do the holes but it takes forever

You can cut alu or brass with a jigsaw as easily as wood. Just go slow and steady and use a drill to put holes into narrowspots to make cutting easier. You can even drill holes along the complete silhouette of the frame and just cut the thin walls between them
