In my workshop <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_biggrin.png" alt="Very Happy" longdesc="1"> I tried to make this one as comfortable as possible. I needed better fork tilt control. This is what I came up with. Birtch plywood.<br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/Black%20Ergo%20back.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/Black%20Ergo%20rt.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/Black%20Ergo%20front.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/Black%20Ergo%20lt.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/Black%20Ergo%20grip.JPG" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/Black%20Ergo%20grip%20front.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/Black%20Ergo%20grip%20side.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br>Banded up with single TB gold, 30mm - 20mm taper. Easy to pull. Seems to shoot 1/2" steel balls pretty fast.<br><img src="http://www.cascadeaccess.com/~rtdodd/Slingshots/Black%20Ergo%20banded%2030-20.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br><br>The frame is plenty sturdy for single bands. Very solid feel to it. But due to the way you hold it, all the draw pressure is on your finger tips. So I don't think this frame will see multiple bands. That's ok, I need a good target slingshot anyways.<br>First coat of paint was flat camo brown. I didn't care too much for the color. Second coat is satin black. Post sanded. I was going to shoot another coat of satin black, but I kind of like it just like this <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_smile.gif" alt="Smile" longdesc="2"><br>What do you think?

Ugly but effective? I have been using the camo spray paints too... why not do a full camo print on it?

Very interesting! I always appreciate new designs. I surface finish is good. It has a patina, and it is stylish. Good work!

<span class="postbody"><br><br>I agree 100% I first made it to fit my hand perfectly, then at the end started thinking about what would make it look cool. It is definetely more accurate than my last frame.<br><br>Thanks all <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_cool.gif" alt="Cool" longdesc="6"></span>

<span class="postbody"><br><br>Thanks. I figued you probably used a router of some sort and was trying to figure out how it could be done without one (since I don't have one). Now I know. <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_cool.gif" alt="Cool" longdesc="6"></span>
