best type of plywood to make a slingshot?

    please help i want to find ou what the best type of plywood is to make a slingshot thank you come again

    From what Ive seen exterior grade, hardwood ply seems to be the best. Most people seem to use a minimum of 18mm thick pieces.

    I would not know too much but there is something called marine ply it is hard wood and supposed to withstand the pressures on a boat when it is rocking or something like that.

    The BEST ?

    Imho, that would be Okoume plywood. Specifically either the marine ply or their Aludoor range from Joubert.

    The Aludoor stuff would make amazing frames given the two layers of aluminium sandwiched in there.
