Bands recycling

    Hi guys,<br>Everyone is trying different things to recycle bands and tubes.     Yes that' s the idea. Usually i use 2 bands per side, with this i will have 2 at the pouch and 3 at the fork. I' ll test it tomorow.

    I think the band and tube recycling is great. Try that set up out- you might have a winner. Take care, Chris

    I have a bucket of torn thera band! That is a great idea! If I only had a chrony dammit..

    mmm <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_scratch.png" alt="scratch" longdesc="33">...<br><br>Good idea, but I think tapering is not the main advantage of this.<br>It is the possibility to use band rests which are too short for the normal way of making bandsets and as you say, for recycling old ones.<br><br>I like this because it makes the hobby cheaper for beginners.<br>Also for those who don´t have the money for regularly buying new bands.<br><br>And for me this should be good enough for practice.<br><br>Thank you Toksick.<br><br>PS Did you get the package?

    I tried it with 4 new bands, 2cm/24cmm and 2 old, 2cm/10cm.<br><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-Ydom1A2MwYM/UQf5dJdXwJI/AAAAAAAAAzw/h-XS59CeqvE/s640/29012013580.jpg" border="0" alt=""><br>It works good. I have more draw weight but i think because the bands are new.<br>About the speed i don' t really know, but the main idea is recycling and maybe bands longevity...<br><br>@ Zwillie: I recieved the package, thank you very much.
