After having watched most of Joerg's videos on youtube, I felt compelled to sign up, explore, and hopefully share his passion for all things slingshot.

My first real hobby/madness was and still is firearms. I have since branched out to knives, flashlights, watches, radios, and most anything mechanical or electronic I can take apart and tinker with. Joerg's videos have been springing up and I enjoy watching them and envy his passion and dedication to his art, the slingshot. I have some land close to my house north of Austin Texas that is too small to shoot guns on but would be perfect for sling shooting.

Currently I own one slingshot a cheap crossman with a clear plastic handle that you can store ammo in. It is decent for chasing cans around the yard but limited in power and versatility. It would be nice to have something that I could easily swap bands out on and try various materials to see what I prefer and get a taste of what is currently out there. The Dankung Panther Joerg designed seems to fit the bill and seems to be a reasonable price, should I consider any others?

I look forward to meeting you all and learning about the world of sling shots.

-Neb

I wish it is normal in my country to have weapon, in defense purpose, of course. I mean, you can have it, but it is long process of getting licence and you must pay taxes every year or so, and for our standard, it's kinda expensive. So, let's homemade some of them . Welcome!
