Hi i have 109 rubber and they shoot pretty well compared to standard yellow tube on a barnett strike nine. Im pretty new to slingshots but i know they are powerful. I buy these ones they are the same as alliance but australian i think. http://www.officeworks.com.au/retai...ionery/Rubber-Bands/500G-Rubber-Bands/ES37898

I can use them as butterfly bands and when i shot 10mm pebbles they made a sonic whistle sort of sound.

They have good power, throw heavy shot well and are very durable. Compared to theraband they seem slow, but they are completely serviceable.
