a ton of forks

    i just came back from a 5-hour hike in the woods and a brought some pretty chunky forks as well as a bone i found.Any designs ideas??<img src="http://i46.servimg.com/u/f46/17/36/31/86/dsc01021.jpg" border="0" alt="">

    i don't know, maybe you could make slingshots out of them?

    thats the reason in took that one , but i just noticed some cracks on it, hope it doesnt crack any more

    soak it with superglue (if there cracks any) left before you coat it

    Good catch <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_biggrin.png" alt="Very Happy" longdesc="1"> . you found the mobile phone too? <img src="http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_biggrin.png" alt="Very Happy" longdesc="1"><br>ok ok. I would suggest grab one by one and, just start chiseling the skins neatly and treat them all dry with small microwave sessions, fillers for the cracks, sanding etc. You will get ideas of designs later.

    Well, like deadwood, I have in the basement as well.<br><br><br><br>Not far from our house, we have the plum and cherry orchards. Sometimes I go there, there's a lot of forks of branches that the gardeners stripped away.<br><br><br>Sorry for the English, that I can not write very well, so I hope I got it right.

    cherry trees make wonderful slingshots, havent tried plum wood yet, got to get my hands on some

    maybe laminate it with some wood or use it by itself after soaking it in glue to seal all the pores
