Here are my latest two shooters. First one is a natural poplar fork. I use linseed oil and several coats of wipe on poly. It fits my hand like a glove. The second one my son and I made together I did the cutting and he did the sanding and paint job. We use some 3/4" Baltic birch plywood. the paint is just i light green water color paint. It also has several coats of wipe on poly. Hope you like them.

The first one appears to have some nice hand-fit qualities and the worm grooves are a nice feature.

Really digging the color contrast on the second one.

Nice forks. I really love the green finish on the boardcut.

My son did the green finish. We had a lot of fun making it. I set it up to shot 1/4 steel BBs. It has very light band so he'll have no problem shooting it. But even the light bands it still has some power.

Both are very nice! I really dig the bright green, your son chose a great color!
