haha nice shooting ! something i wondered tho about using steel shot - is the possibility of it hitting a hard surface and coming back at you with enough force to injure you :/

I think given my luck being what it is i'll stick to lead once i get my first high powered sling lol

I just bought them both, the aluminum moorhammer and a howitzer and Pete is doing them both in camo for me! Your videos and posts answered many of my questions and certainly contributed to my decision as I want to learn the powerful butterfly shooting that you do.

Thank you Tobias for your contributions.

    Good deal!

Shooting like i do is no problem, every men with average power can do this as well.
you can shoot with soft ammo at the very first time, makes no problems if something goes wrong.

Surely an enormous difference in weight. 820 grams in bronze vs. 255 in aluminum. Likely nicer to shoot the bronze (with SUPER heavy bands) but aluminum if you want to take it anywhere. The bronze would be like toting a full size handgun in weight. If you're not expecting weightlifter results using ultra crazy bands I bet the aluminum is fine. Even if you are I bet the aluminum is fine.

I would take the aluminum version, the weight is optimal.

i still want to made one more vid! because there are only two bottles broken. will pick stronger bands and bigger ammo.

why? did you (or anyone else) have the chance to compare aluminium vs. bronze?

I have not handled them both. Aluminum seemed more practical for my needs due to its' weight. Unless you need ultra powerful bands most people couldn't pull back there just doesn't seem to be an advantage. I prefer the look of bronze, though.
