Most cutlery is cheap stainless steel, eg 304, which does not quench harden, you'd actually
anneal it by heating it, and it'd be softer as a result.

Should be better from an ergonomic perspective, but it's kinda ugly... hmmm(Edit) Tried this,
it kinda tries to twist in the hand, the uneven thumb/forefinger thing isn't goodit's going to

That's going to hit that ramp with a hell of a lot of force, wouldn't be better to adjust the
