Hey guys, I'm new to this forum... I recently finished a new project, it's the second slingshot I have made. It's designed to be a side shooter, and banded in TTF.
My wife was kind enough to model this for me. It's made out of a sugar maple branch... and I used brass pins to hold the bands in place. This method is known as the "matchstick method". I don't remember exactly where I first saw this style of banding, but I think it was from M.J. on SSF. I made it as a nod to my country, Canada.
