Talking handsaw sheathe from PVC tube...

Hey there. I usually bring my handsaw with me on hikes but despite some precautions like wrapping the blade in a shopping bag I seemed to always dig the saw teeth into me at some point... so I found this DIY PVC sheathe design online somewhere and it works well... I finally found a use for those two rubberized reusable twist ties that I had as well... the photo is from the Iron Horse Trail (Olallie State Park) I was hiking last Sunday and a sunbeam hit an old cedar stump lighting up a nice red glow...

Ha! I actually had one of those but have no idea where it is now... but I need my 14inch blade as I prefer meaty meaty forks if you recall.

Sometimes the right tool is a flint chisel and your forehead to pound it in.
